Plant Vendors

This years event will be held in our favorite spot, Gilchrist Park.

The Park will be filled with plants being sold from some of the finest nurseries around.

There are rows and rows of plants to explore to find the perfect one or more to take home.  You get the opportunity to buy them from the people who grew them giving you the ability to ask them questions about the care, light and suggestions on making your new plant thrive.

This is an OUTDOOR event.  Event opens at 9am until4 pm on Saturday and 9am until 3pm on Sunday.

Vendors must be ready for business by 8:00 am on Saturday and 8:30 am on Sunday.  Load-in is Friday from 7:30 until 12:00.  As always, you are more than welcome to sell anything you would like on Friday after you load-in.  Your load-in contact name is either Teresa Desguin, her cell phone 941-815-0324 or Wendy Lang 941-769-5157.

Space for tents, trailers and additional space for plants that can take direct sun will be provided for you. You are responsible for any tents, tables, chairs, etc. You are also responsible for all clean-up and trash in your area.

Full payment must be received before April 17, 2026, to reserve your space.  Feel free to share this with your fellow vendors and friends.
